Yamaha xs650

This is a different project for me. It is a Jap bike. I have 4 weeks to build it.

Heres what I am starting with. An  XS650.

Bike stripped, & motor removed. Rear section cut off as per instructions that come with the Excellent Elswick Cycles tail from Robert . A loose test fit shows it is perfect. He supplies it with weld in slugs for lower tubes & center down tube, His welds are perfect, the axle plates are really nice with adjusters & a spacer supplied as well for new setup. This tail is a cake walk & is made with the bends in the aesthetically correct place on lower tubes to me..

The fender in rear will be Brass, Dan of 7Metal West makes these by hand. The killer stainless seat hinge came from Fab Kevin, it is top notch
